I’d like to welcome author Toni Andrews to A Working Title. She has been kind enough to make a stop here on her blog tour. Please watch as Toni Andrews talks about her newest book, Cry Mercy. You can find a review of Cry Mercy below this post.
You may also visit Toni at her website, or follow her on Twitter @toniandrews

One thing I love about Toni Andrews is her passion about writing and her fans. She spends a lot of time communicating via twitter and really listens to people’s views about her books.
She started follwoing me about 3 weeks ago and since reading her twitters and following her links I really want to spend the time to read her books.
Very nice lady..
Can’t wait to read these books. Been hearing and reading much about them.
What a great vlog, and such a clever idea. I live in a town where we do not get many (or hardly any) of the authors I enjoy to come for signings or talks, so it’s rather nice to be able to see and hear one this way. Thanks for hosting it!
I agree, doing these vlog/interviews is a super clever idea! So many authors don’t take advantage of all the people online just waiting to hear about fantastic stuff like this!
I’ve been following Toni Andrews on Twitter for about a week now, and I’m enjoying all the chances I’ve had to win her new book, and to get to know her through all the interviews she’s been doing online. I’m really excited to be able to read her series, it looks amazing.

I keep hitting all her tour stops to hear what interesting questions Toni’s going to answer. What a great way to connect!
I’ve been following Toni Andrews for a while now on Twitter and the next book I’m going to buy when I go to the story is one of hers. I have heard so many amazing things about her and I’m dying to read her books.
Oscar is adorable, what a gorgeous cat! I can understand why people want to see more of him.
Thanks for the tips for future writers! I’m in the process of writing the first novel in a series I want to get published and it’s always good to hear tips from succesful authors out there.
Where did you learn how to do tarot reading? I’ve been interested in it for a while but it seems like all the sets that I’ve found (being sold) online are ones that I’m not sure if they’re any good. What set do you have?
Once again, I LOVE following you on Twitter and seeing your passion for your books through your updates. It’s so fun!!
Take care and good luck with Cry Mercy.
Thank you for the interview. I recently got on twitter through a friend of mine who set me up with Toni Andrews. She really believes in what she does. I’m hoping to win one of her books. I’m entering any contest I find out about in time to get one of her books.
Would love to learn more abou these virtual tours.
Thanks!
Thanks for the terrific advice, Toni. I keep hearing about joining a local writer’s organization; so I know that is a step I need to take and soon. I would like to start up my own critique group, but finding other writers to join has been an ongoing process.
I continue to enjoy following you on your ‘virtual’ book tour and seeing your feline too. I have yet to get my female cat Sophie online to watch one of her kind!
O hai Toni, i in ur blog post, stahkin ur cat. Yeah, my literate comment is below the Cry Mercy review. Enjoyed the video too, with the advice to writers (I am hopeful that my third book will be less “rough” than my debut) and, of course, Oscar. Hi Oscar. Oh, and when you go to your Facebook chat, y’wanna accept my friend request? I have pictures (my only pictures) of my own black cat.
Thank you for the tarot reading. It was fun. I am a mother of a 9 month old who is now crawling. I also have finally found a copy of Beg for Mercy so I will be starting to read it soon and then will go out to get Angel of Mercy. I have always had to read books of a series in order. I love series books. I think its cool to give advice for up and comming authors. So if I could win the 3rd one I won’t have to beg Hubby for a trip to the book store. My life is like the song by Moxy Fruvous – My Baby Loves a Bunch of Authors. People should check it out its cute http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9F_XHb81N0
Hi Toni!
Finally got around to watching one of your virtual tour videos. I’m currently getting my first book (one of a series) edited and then looking to get published so your tips were really helpful. I don’t know any other writers and it figures that I should end up meeting some on Twitter.
I just have a Q about the competitions – do you know if they hold ones outside of the US? I’m all the way down here is Australia and I’ve never actually heard of these types of competitions. Then again, I might have just missed them. Figures.
By the way, I love your cat! He’s got that ‘yeah, whatever’ look about him. Love it ;o)
Thanks for the tips! Looking forward to getting a hold of your books – might have to sus one out online.
Alysha
Thanks for talking to us via vlog. So much helpful and fun information especially for writer wannabes like myself.
And I loved the beautiful Tarot cards!
Now I’m hoping to be one of the book winners
Meanwhile have fun on your book tour!
My favorite part of the video was the advice about how to start being a writer. I would love to be a writer one day but I have no idea how to start.
It’s so cool that you are so in touch with your fans! Not many authors take the time to do that!
I enjoy following you on Twitter.
Thanks : )
I really enjoyed that video, you seam very close to your readers and this is something really important.
I’ve read reviews (all very positive) about your books and i have to say that now i want to read them. It is unlikely that i’ll find your books in my local bookstore *sigh* no fun living in france*sigh* .As soon as i get my hands on they i’ll read them though =)
HAve a great week
Sorry to take so long to follow up on this, but the winner of the copy of Cry Mercy is…Patricia!
Patricia, please send me your mailing address (you can find my email address through the contact link on my website) so I can make sure you received your copy.
